Senior Account Planner

Location - Leicester/Birmingham

Contract - This role can be permanent, long-term temporary or freelance.

Essential Experience:

  • Minimum of three years’ experience of integrated multi-channel planning in an agency environment
  • Comfortable working across the communications planning discipline, from brand strategy through to campaign planning, digital and offline

Essential skills:

  • Able to interrogate and interpret client marketing and communications briefs 
  • To take the lead in developing robust and coherent communications strategies to meet client objectives
  • The ability to source and apply market, audience and channel insights to integrated communications plans
  • Play a key role in positioning, proposition development and messaging hierarchies
  • Able to wrote compelling creative briefs and support the creative development process
  • Confident, articulate and persuasive, both verbally and written
  • A good presenter, with strong communications skill, excellent client skills, and passionate about the creative product
  • Strong team player, capable of working alongside senior team members across client services, creative and client
  • Flexible, self-motivated and hardworking, with a pragmatic view of communications, capable of working quickly and accurately
  • High levels of proactivity, quality control and personal curiosity
  • Full driving license, own car, and a flexible attitude to travel
  • Fully conversant across the entire Microsoft Office Suit

Account Manager

Location – Leicester

Essential skills and experience:

  • Big brand experience, preferably Kitchen / Homes / Electrical 
  • Well versed in fully integrated brand campaigns
  • Experienced in working alongside other agency partners (i.e. media)
  • Positive, proactive, can do attitude, with a forward thinking approach
  • Desire to grow a client portfolio by identifying and seizing opportunities organically or through new areas of the client’s business
  • Clear understanding of the importance of financial rigour and accurate reporting
  • Strong time management, outstanding organisation skills
  • The ability to multi-task while working to deadlines, and retaining a professional approach
  • Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, flexible and an agile thinker
  • Accurate numerical and analytical skills
  • Competent across the entire Microsoft Office suite
  • Driver’s license

Account Executive

Location – Leicester

Essential skills:

  • A relevant degree or a demonstration that marketing is your passion
  • A minimum of 6 month’s AE experience or a demonstration of an understanding of agency life i.e. a placement
  • Passionate about the opportunity to work in a busy advertising agency, and excited about the challenges this brings
  • Positive, proactive, can do attitude
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Ability to multi-task whilst working to deadlines, and maintaining a professional approach
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

Business Development Executive

Location – Leicester or Birmingham

Essential skills and experience:

  • A minimum of 1 year’s telesales experience   OR   1 year’s marketing experience within an agency or client side
  • Must be self-confident, assertive, inquisitive, flexible, determined and diligent
  • An active listener and quick thinker, flexible and opportunistic
  • A self-starter, with good business acumen and good attention to detail

We are looking for someone who can call a variety of people, and relate to them individually. A positive attitude, determination and loads of energy are essential.

When speaking to decision makers, the successful candidate will be the voice of the agency, and show intelligence and a good understanding of the marketing industry and the services we provide. They need to be naturally inquisitive, and a great listener, with strong attention to detail, to ensure we never miss an opportunity.
