A Collaborative Relationship

In 2005 we began working with Pret A Manger. Over the years our relationship has continued to develop and evolve – now, 11 years on, bigdog remain their lead creative agency.

With Pret recently winning Brand of the Year at the Master of Marketing awards – against the likes of Snapchat, Facebook, Lidl and Deliveroo – we wanted to share a little bit of insight into how we’ve established such a collaborative and intuitive relationship and how we could use that experience to help you.

How we work with Pret

Our working relationship with Pret is a little different than most. We have a bespoke agency model to suit their specific needs, creating a dedicated team of passionate, like-minded creatives and project managers who work both in Pret’s office and at bigdog.

The team are fully immersed in the Pret brand and integrated into their in-house team. This collaborative approach has led to the consistent delivery of beautifully-crafted, successful campaigns, from single-shop pieces to global projects – both on and offline.
