Everyone loves receiving flowers and gifts. But with an outdated brand, online florist Bunches were struggling to win the hearts of younger customers. Especially in a market blooming with ever-more competition.

We won a competitive pitch to give Bunches a fresh appeal. Developing a new brand strategy and bringing it to life with a bold, contemporary new identity.

Our planning team worked closely with key internal stakeholders to create a new strategic direction that was rolled out across the entire business and every touchpoint.

We followed this up with a new logo, tone of voice, packaging and photography style. Complete with guidelines to help the in-house team grow the new brand beautifully.

When the new brand launched in October 2017, it wasn’t long before they were feeling a lot more love from their audience.
