Getting to work on a jobs website
The jobs section of Pret’s corporate website wasn’t reflecting the unique culture, development opportunities and perks that set a career at Pret apart from other high-street chains. They wanted a standalone site that showcased why Pret is a great place to work – and seamlessly led to their application platform.
We ran focus groups to inform our information architecture and content hierarchy, leading us to showcase initiatives such as Pret’s sustainability programme and The Pret Foundation Trust. Large, impactful visuals brought Pret’s culture to life and were combined with clearly laid out information around job perks and the application process. We then tested the prototype site before refining it, ready for launch.
Just one month after the new website launched, application rates increased by 45%, with the conversion rate from viewing a role to completing an application standing at an incredible 14.7%. Making Pret’s jobs website a job well done.
